Bringing her customer service mindset to the team, Maddy joined Voyager in 2020. Splitting her time and talents as the office manager for Voyager and the ops assistant for its fund manager, Standish Management, supporting both the Seattle and Portland offices. By 2022 Maddy joined Voyager full-time and continues to manage the day-to-day office needs; while also supporting the team in their event planning needs. She also provides administrative support to Austin Guyette and James Newell.

Growing up in the PNW inspired Maddy’s love of nature, especially sea creatures. She attended the University of Washington and received a B.S. in Aquatic and Fisheries Sciences with a minor in Marine Biology. In her spare time, you can find her playing softball, wandering around plant nurseries, or baking at home with her cat.
